Cultural History: 

The opal was considered by the ancient Greeks to be the tears of Zeus. They believed opal gave the gift of foresight and prophecy, which would ensure the owner's success in war, business and life. 

The Aborigines in Australia believe opal is, 'creator's footprint that touched the earth at the base of a rainbow to bring harmony'. 

Purpose: 

This piece cultivates loving and open relationships. Pink calcite and pink opal assist in love and opens up the heart. Amethyst druzy and selenite help to become more open to the emotions of others and attain balance, while charoite provides courage to face change and challenges.
